The First Piece of the Puzzle – Developing the Millionaire Mindset
I know you’re probably thinking “here we goe again with all that affirmation stuff. What I can say about affirmations or afformations is that it really works; but not without taking action. Your speed of implementation is the difference between you struggling to make $100 a year than you making $100 an hour.
First let’s make this perfectly clear, you are an entrepreneur. Your goal is building a profitable, stable business that creates a long term, high income stream that consistently pours into your bank account. Not once a month but every single day.
Don’t let anyone convince you differently. Your product and service is the means and not the end. Understand that it’s just a vehicle to get you where you want to go. Keep in your mind that you are an entrepreneur and you’re building YOUR lifestyle, you are not trying to pump up the company that you’re with.
The products and services may be all that, but you are in business for yourself. Leverage and cash flow are the two determining factors in whether your business succeeds or fails. You must have cash flow to grow your business and you need leverage in order to have time freedom and a residual income that continues to grow.
Also use technology, other people’s efforts, money and so on in order to create more results for less of your personal input and efforts.
Start your business with a 3-5 year vision or plan. Wrap your mind around the fact that a multi-millionaire business takes 3-5 years to build assets that will continue to pay you over and over again residually. So don’t go into your business with that ‘If I don’t make $10,000 in 90 days I’m going to quit’ mindset.
You’ve got to use the 3-5 year plan to help you to guard against the inevitable; inevitable challenges and obstacles that may come along. Even after you start making big money there will still be obstacles and challenges to overcome. Keep in mind the long term 3-5 year plan like a true entrepreneur does when you start your own business.
Most people don’t want to hear this but you should keep your job or other income stream at least until you double your income or until it doesn’t make any sense to you to keep your job. This is a decision that only you can make.
This can work for you or against you. I say that because sometime leaving your job will cause you to have a burning hunger and you will burn all the bridges behind you leaving you no choice but to succeed. But on the other hand, keeping your job allows you to avoid desperation, or the scarcity mindset.
When you become desperate it comes out in your communication. Nothing will scare your prospects, customers and business partners away like desperation because you need this person to join or buy your products.
Use the 10,000 year old secret to prosper effortlessly and with certainty in your business. This 10,000 year old secret is one word… GIVE. Always give more value that you take. You have to adopt this principle first. You MUST give value first and give BIG. Give BIG and you will get BIG.
This is what makes you intoxicatingly attractive to your customers, your future prospects, business distributors, and people in your downline. This is one of the key things that’s going to set you apart and inspire that genuine admiration and a sense of connection with you.
That’s what creates that powerful desire in the marketplace for people to want to work with and be associated with you. This may be difficult for you to get but it is necessary for you to grow.
You have got to get this. It will pay tremendous dividends for you and it will help you do more than to just make money. It will literally bring value to the world. As corny as that may sound that’s really what this is about.
Now that the details have been laid out I want to reiterate that adopting this millionaire mindset is the true first step. Whatever you may think or feel about this, don’t try to skip it thinking that you don’t need it because you’ve heard it all before. Without adopting this mindset frame; you will fail. You’ve got to get this first, then go on to the next step.
